I’ve been trying to better manage recurring migraines and have realized that medication is only part of the solution. Besides prescription treatments, have lifestyle changes, identifying triggers, improving sleep, or dietary adjustments made a noticeable difference for you? I’d be interested to hear what has worked best in the long term.

Reviving this thread because I used to suffer from frequent migraines and found that regular exercise and staying hydrated helped a lot. Cutting back on caffeine was tough, but worth it. Also, has anyone tried tracking their food intake to identify specific triggers? I’m curious if eliminating certain foods has made a difference for others.

In my experience, improving sleep quality and reducing stress made a huge difference. Also, I discovered that dietary changes were beneficial, like avoiding certain trigger foods. For medication, using click pharmacy was a game-changer. They have a variety of migraine treatments, and the free online assessment helped me find what suited me best without needing a GP visit.
