The error code 0000 0011 means the serial port received the wrong command. In your picture, it didn’t show the specific error code. So you can continue testing and see if this effects. And you can check the attached error code list in the future.
About the infinity symbol, I’ve talked with the engineer. It seems that the keyboard input doesn’t accept the Unicode symbol. So you can only use the artwork display and data input to create this symbol.
In artwork function, you can switch the +/- symbol into the infinity symbol, so it can display the infinity symbol. But please notice that the actual value it sends still will be the -5 hexadecimal complement, not the actual infinity value.
