Thanks for your answer
But, the fact is the buffer cmdFormat2 is already in caracters.
I have tried with a serial tool:
Change Page, set Visible and set Enable are working. But not SetXy 40,40!!!

I suppose that the fonctionnality is not implemented yet.
Please use the command to get the version number first, there are some previous versions that can’t set the xy value, I have attached the updated firmware for you, test it after the update is done.
Use this command to get the version number.
ST<{“cmd_code”:”sys_hello”,”type”:”system”}>ET
Also I have attached the file to update the firmware, please follow these steps to update.
Firmware upgrade application placement path: Create a new path under the root directory of U disk:
1. STONE/bin/
2. Place the new firmware stoneHMI.bin in the STONE/bin directory
3. Turn the K600 on the back of the LCD to the HOST side
4. according to the terminal ui prompt, after the upgrade is completed, unplug the U disk, the system will reboot and run the firmware program

But it seems not to work, and I dont know why.
The version I have is:

I ‘ve tried to upgrade the version with this steps:
1. Get a USB key in FAT32 (I’ve tried FAT16 also) and put in the root directory the firmeware:

I have tried to put it directly in d:\bin\stoneHMI.bin too without any results.
Can I use any USB FLASH DISK ? I’ve tried several ones too….
2. I put the switch at the back to HOST

3. I plug my USB Disk
4. I Start the LCD Panel
And then, nothing happend. The normal display windows is there and the firmware is not loaded!
What am I doing wrong?
Well
Ok, thanks for your help.
First on all, I use a 12V 2Amp power supply.
- Tried with 4 differents USBKeys all formated in FAT32 with U:\STONE\bin\stoneHMI.bin
- Tried with jumper in the good position
- Tried with 2 differents panels (I have 20 of them, so let me know if I must try others…)
Second, here what I did:
1. Put the jumper to the good position as you suggest

2. Plus the USB Drive to the port. I have tried with an extension cable also without succes.
3. Plug the power
4. The default page appear, and nothing seems to append ….

Have you any others ideas ?
I think it’s because the firmware on your screen is too old to update using the method I told you about.
Please try the following method.
(1) Create \STONE\bin and bin folder to store the firmware stoneHMI (named fixed), as follows.
(2) In the power-on state, the K600 dipswitch on the motherboard switch to the host side, as follows.
(3) insert the prepared U-disk for a while, the LED next to the reset button will have a blue light flashing.
(4) and wait 5-10s after the end of the LED flashing, send the restart command in the serial port, the device reboot while unplugging the U-disk. (If there is no serial port connected, you can use the reset button. But please try to use the restart method of sending commands in the serial port.).

Please change the name of the firmware I sent you to stoneHMI
