Hi, none of the drivers from the webpage or the memory stick worked, i had to download a driver for the CH340 serial converter and that made it work, so, i can now use the command assistant in the TOOL tool : i can change screens, sound the buzzer, etc but i can not download a project online, when i click the option the new window shows the “USB disconnected”  message. thank you!

Hi:

May I know when did you purchase the display? If you ordered it recently then it should be the latest version, which canceled the USB mini port on the display. That means there’s no online download function available on that display, and you can download off-line by using the USB-disk.

If you can not confirm then please send me a photo of your display PCB. I’ll help you to check it.
