      Hello,

      I have one STWI080WT which is about 8 months old now and I want to upgrade the firmware to the latest version.

      One of your technical staff sent me the latest firmware, but I can’t upload it to the LCD. I tried using the U Disk with the LCD set to host and also using the Serial Port with the LCD set to Device.

      I was also given an instruction/procedure on how to upload the new firmware. First I powered up the LCD and set it to Host. The U Disc contains the StoneHMI.bin (STONE\bin\StoneHMI.bin).

      Then I inserted the U Disk and waited 5 to 10 secs but nothing happens on the LCD. I also sent the Reset command using the serial port but nothing happens.

      I tried this a few times but I can’t get it to work.

      The LCD only shows the STONE logo on power up then the LCD goes to a blank screen.

      Can you please send me a video instruction in case I am doing it wrong?

      Please advise.
