Hi. I have recently opened my STONE TOOL 2019, but I get a message window saying “The software license has expired, please contact our company technical support to re-authorize”.

Also, I want to download the newer version of the software, but it doesn’t appear in your official website. I have requested this since 1 week ago in https://forum.stoneitech.com/topic/where-can-i-download-the-new-stone-designer-2/, but the sales staff has never sent me anything.

Please I need a quick response, I am in between of the development stage of important projects using your displays, and I depend on the software to continue working.
