Hi I am trying to upload the project from STONE designer onto my screen by following the Download Projection Instruction but I don’t see the “APP(E:)disk” showing up on my PC. Is there something I’m missing?

Make sure the USB switch on the display is in the DEVICE position. The drive letter does not have to be E, it can be anything, it depends on the operating system.

Can you take a picture so I can check the status of your device’s connection to the computer?

Well, then you need to wait for an answer from official support 🙂

Hello, please note that you connect the PC in the power state. This will cause voltage instability, so the computer can not read your device. Please note that the next steps should be done in the power-on state, and then use the type-A cable to connect to the computer after you have connected the power supply, so that the computer can read the device.

The display may not start from one USB. At least for me, the STWI101 display does not start and is also not detected by the computer without external power. Try powering it up with the included adapter.

Would the STWI070WC work the same way? As in would it also need an external power source?

I don’t know, I don’t have STWC series displays. But it is possible that they also require external power (not via USB) for normal operation.
