The screen is TTL level and it works fine.
Schema is:
HMI: MCU:
GND
+5V
D0ut — RX118
DIn — TX119
It is only when I do a cold start (power down to up) in parallel on the MCU and on the HMI that sometimes the HMI starts but do not interpret the command send by the MCU.
I have to reset the HMI by pressing the rear reset button and then it runs correctly.
Thanks!

I guess you need the code of the MCU? The code is big, tomorrow, I will extract the code with the HMI and try to replicate the problem.
For the logo, I do not understand your pdf.
I suppose the Ustorage disk is the disk we have access to by usb on the HMI. Can you please confirm?
I have tried to copy a “/STONE/logo” folder in the root folder, in the /default folder and in the /default/raw folder of the USB (“U disk) connected to the HMI but this is not working.
I do not understand what is your folder STONE Demo Project/ 800480/ folder where you create the STONE/logo folder. Is this anywhere on a local disk of the laptop?
I do not understand where to copy the /STONE/logo folder containing the logo.bmp file (800×480, 24 bits).

Yes, it is.
I do not understand where to copy the /STONE/logo folder containing the logo.bmp file (800×480, 24 bits).
Please check the below picture.

Put the STONE/logo folder directly in the root directory of the u-disk, and put the logo image in the logo folder.
I have tested to copy the /STONE/logo/logo.bmp in the root of the U disk but it is NOT working.
I have tried with a logo.bmp 800×480 8 bits color and also with 800×480 24 bits color.
Sorry, the starting logo is still ‘STONE’.
Do you have some idea?
Do you have some tracing or error file on the HMI that we can analyse?
N.B. I have found the starting issue. I was sending commands to HMI very quickly after starting the MCU and this blocked the HMI. Now, I wait three second until the HMI starts completely before sending any command and it looks to be ok.
I use a STC070LT-01 Stone HMI.
I bought it on store.stoneitech.com on 21/12/2022
We do not find any problem when we test your logo.
Please check the attached video, and please put the STONE folder directly into the U disk for updating.

It does not work on my HMI.
I am 100% shure to have copy and extract your STONE.RAR file in the root of the Udisk but it is not working on my version of HMI.
It is exactly what I have tried earlier. I have build the right /STONE/logo folder and put in it the logo.bmp file but with NO result.
What I can see in your video is that you are not using the same version of the HMI!
I am using a STC070LT-01 Stone HMI.It is not a green board, it is a yellow board.
Do you have some idea?
Here is the video you asked.

You can see first the Udisk and the e:\STONE\logo folder containing the logo.bmp file and next the restart of the HMI where the STONE logo is not replaced.
