Hi Alexander:

Yes you can use the portrait mode. You need to change the resolution as 480*800 while you are creating the new project.

And please notice that once you select portrait mode, you need to download by USB disk but not USB mini cable.

I made it work by using 800*480 + rotating project 90 degrees + using 480*800 pictures. Your comment about downloading the files by using a USB disk and not a USB mini cable was key to success…!

For some reason I was unable to make it works by following a 480*800 configuration + 480*800 images. I got “Prj resolution error” every time I tryed to download the files on the board.

Hi Alexander:

You can try to save the 480*800 file by Windows paint tools and test again. Some times the software doesn’t recognized the resolution if you save the image by some other software.
