Hello,

The STWI080 LCD stays on the logo screen after power up. All was going well with uploading projects files from Stone Designer. But after a week, the LCD won’t accept any new project file. When uploading with USB, it says “File Write Error”. When uploading directly with USB cable to PC, it says the memory is not enough on the LCD APP drive. The project file is only 10MB so it should be okay.

Could it be a corrupted firmware? Is there any way we can fix it here?

Any ideas?

Hello, the firmware will not be deleted, only the project files will be deleted.

Hi Patricia,

Shall I just connect the lcd to the PC via the USB to TTL serial converter to access the APP drive and just format the drive thru the PC? No special formatting required?

Hi Patricia,

Just one more thing please. I have an old STWI080WT which I bought in December 2021 last year.

Is it possible to update the old firmware to the latest one?
