Hi there,

We’ve received the new STWI056 display along with the Stone Designer software. After loading the screens on the new LCD, we’re unable to view them one by one as it was possible on the STI screens via a serial debugger (by calling Pic ID via command AA 70). The new command set provided mentions that by sending JSON code via debugger (ST<{“cmd_code”:”*command type*”,”widget”:”*window name*”}>ET) the LCD should load the appropriate window, but it is not happening.

Although We tried sending the commands for system reboot, setting backlight brightness, buzzer sound etc, the LCD seemed to respond to only these select few commands.

Please help with why it wouldn’t return any HEX code and how to test each screen on the LCD display.

Similar queries had been sent via mail as well, but no response from the team so far.
