    Please tell me the month you received the lcd, take a picture of the serial number on the back and I will send you the appropriate file

    Put the two files in the root directory of the USB stick and insert them into the LCD, the files are in the attachment

      Okay, I unzipped the files placed the files in the root directory.  I then powered off the display module and powered it back on. Now the device is no longer showing up as a USB device and is not recognized by the Stone TOOL 2019. Also still showing blank screen. Only the red LED is illuminated on the back of the panel.

      Do you use a USB stick? You need to use a USB stick to import the files into the LCD.

      Format the U disk first, then put the two files in the root directory and plug them into the LCD, U disk FAT 32 format, download the project also with the U disk to see if it can be downloaded. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

      Okay, I tried as you suggested. I formatted the U disk as FAT 32, then placed the first two files in the root directory. I then connected the U disk to the LCD and powered it on. There was no response form the LCD Just the red LED on the back and a blank screen. I then tried the same process with the next two files you sent. Same results.

      Did you power on the LCD first and then insert the u-disk? You powered up the screen first and then inserted the u-disk. If you insert the u-disk first you will not be able to import the files.

      I have powered the LCD on first, then inserted the U disk. I still get no response from the LCD, just a blank screen.
