      In the meantime, I suggest you also test our STW version of the product. Here is a brief comparison of these two versions for your reference, please see the attached datasheet for the STW version.

      1. 1. Better looking design and more durable board material. The original Innolux touch screen has 35% better operating time and better color saturation.

      2. More powerful CPU (Cortex A8) means faster processing speed and smoother animation display. Colors have been increased from 16 to 32 bits. 3.

      3. RS232 RS485 RS422 TTL port will be supported on one screen.

      4. More user-friendly software: support vector fonts and more formats of materials.

      5. Wider voltage range. 5V – 42V

      6. More storage space: 256MB – 1GB

      I have read the product information about the STWA070WT-01 model and it looks very good.

      I would like to test this model of display. Can you send me the configuration software and manual for this new display? That way my engineering staff can start evaluating its usability.

      Please check the attached “User Manual” and “Instruction Set Description”. “datasheet sheet: STWI070WT-01”. Our 7″ screen also works with Arduino. I have also attached a few photos of this model.

      I have one product of version of STI070WT-01, When I connect this to my PC (Windows10-64bit) through USB, It is showing an error with drivers. So please help with this issue by providing suitable drivers or instructions to execute the program.

      And I attached the screenshot so please go through it and help me to solve the issue ASAP. I have to give demo this week.

        I sent you a lot of emails but they all got bounced back, that’s probably why you didn’t see the emails.

        I looked at your screenshot carefully, the screenshot shows you are using an upper computer of the matching e-series product, which does not match with your STI070WT-01.

        I have attached for you an early suitable upper computer for you, which includes two drivers, one for xp and one for win7.

        One thing that should be noted is that there is no English version of this software, as it is an earlier version. That’s why I highly recommend new products and software to you. In the future this will be the mainstream.

        Is these are drivers are suitable for windows 10-64bit PC or I should use windows 7 PC. Because I am getting error like this (attached in screenshot).

        Thank you for providing instructions. Now the drivers are installed and USB is connected but in toolbox software it is not detected. I attached the screenshot and help with the procedure ASAP.

        After updating the driver it is detected in device manager but it is not detecting in application. Please check the screenshot and do the needful ASAP.

        You are using the wrong software.

         

        The 4.3 software is for the STV series, not STI

        Please download the software I have attached.

        I have one assistant software where I can add image and delete the image to tft display model STI070wt-01 and mini USB is connected. Can I download the project through this, if possible please provide me the instruction how to transfer project.

      Hi!

      I just get this product and it works fine except one thing, it is not able to display SVG image format.

      Also, it does not work on the preloaded default Demo program on it (section where it shows image display). It shows animated GIF and static image, but the SVG image in the middle is not displayed.

      In my project, I need it. Can you hep please?

        Regarding the SVG pictures, the upper software is still under development, and the current version of the software cannot use the SVG format pictures yet, and the version developed afterwards can be used.

        You can consider to use other formats first. If you are trying to use SVG format images for scaling, png format images are also possible.

        Hi!

        Thanks for the answer, I’ve used PNG instead which helped. Look forward for the SVG support in the future.
