      Issue: I am trying to write the number 1 to a number variable in my screen through my arduino Zero, but it’s not changing the variable.  Is there some sort of protocol i need to wrap my code in for it to work?

      Variable Address: 0002
      What i send: A5 5A 05 82 00 02 00 01

      Additional Information: When i use the sscom tool, it changes the variable. I have both inputs connected to the Arduino tx pin and the one output in the Arduino rx pin. The screen is in TTL mode.

      Code:

      uint8_t test[]={0xA5, 0x5A, 0x05, 0x82, 0x00, 0x02, 0x00, 0x01};
      uint8_t test1[]={0xA5, 0x5A, 0x05, 0x82, 0x00, 0x02, 0x00, 0x02};

      void setup() {

      Serial.begin(115200);
      }

      loop() {

      Serial.write(test,8);
      delay(1000);
      Serial.write(test1,8);
      delay(1000);
      }

      Is there anything wrong with this code? or would this be a connection issue?

      First, you need to connect the DIN of the 8pin line to the TX of Arduino, DOUT connect to RX of Arduino, and GND connect to GND of Arduino.

      This looks like your code and commands are okay.

      Please check the connection.
