Hi there,

Right now, I’m working with the STWC070WT-11 (C7Inch_HMI_v2.2) to play some videos, but the thing is that I can’t hear the video’s sound.

I’m not sure if I must use a specific command, because I’ve only used this:

ST<{“cmd_code”:”set_video_play”,”type”:”system”,”x”:0,”y”:0,”video”:”big_buck_bunny.mp4″

Whatever advice you leave, It’ll be received.

Hello, here are a few notes about your question.
1. Are your instructions incomplete? According to the normal command specification it should be completed as ST<{“cmd_code”: “set_video_play”, “type”: “system”, “x”:0, “y”:0, “video”: “video.mp4”}>ET (only for example)
2. The video is played in silent mode. If you need to play with sound, please split the audio file in the video and add it to the project, then use the set_audio command to play the corresponding audio.
3. Playing audio requires an external playback device.
