      I would like to change the frame header, how can I do this?

      Each instruction has four parts: instruction frame header, instruction length, instruction, and start address. The parameters [data length], [data content] and [CRC check digit] are not available for every instruction. You can see how to change them in the user manual.

      In fact, I don’t think you need to modify the frame headers, so why modify them?
