      Based on the image you send, UART returns the command.

      A5 5A 06 83 00 10 01 01 01 01 01

      A5 5A: Frame Head
      06: Command Length
      83 years: read
      0010: Variable Addresses for Data Entry Logs
      01: Data Length
      0101: Data (hexadecimal)
