I am building an application that has a message center that has 5 lines of text. (There will be another menu on a different page but I can use the same method) I need to be able to change the text, the text color and the background color. See pics of current product for an example. I have tried different methods of adding label and lists. It seems like I should add a container label widget to the page and then add sub widget labels for each line. That looks right on the screen but when I load it to the display.

I am confused on what the “type” should be. In this example from your instruction set manual it is “label”

When do you use the type “widget” verses the actual “type” of widget?

In general, can any property of a widget be changed or only the ones that there are commands for in the instruction set manual?

Can you recommend the best solution to do what I am attempting to do and provide example commands to achieve it?

First, please open the dialog1 window with the attached project, then send the following commands to test if you can have the same effect as mine.

I am able to change the colors of labels now.  Part of my problem was the font size was too large and the text displayed in Stone Designer but not on the actual hardware.  I think I have worked through it.

I am still not able to update the logo.  I tried copying the example right from the demo application <640480>  and it still doesn’t work.

Is it possible that the version I have does not support this function.  sys_version returns V2.1.02.211221RC

The logo can not be updated may be because your firmware version is too old, please unzip the zip file I attached in the root directory of the U disk and then insert the LCD to update the firmware automatically.

After the firmware update is complete, please try again to g update the logo.
