      Hello, i have changed the screen to TTL (short J17) and can not send command now, please see pictures.

      my screen is a STVC101WT-01.

      Hi, thanks for contacting us. The connection for the convert board is incorrect. You need to switch the jumper 90 degrees as the picture shows.
