  We have the serial port debug function in the TOOL 2019 software. It will allow you to set the baud rate and all other parameters directly.
  And please also confirm if you have installed the USB driver properly:
  https://www.stoneitech.com/media/upload/Download/Software%20%26%20Driver/Driver%20for%20USB2.0%20to%20RS232%20converter.rar
  If you still don’t understand anything, please check the user manual, which can be downloaded from the download page.
