    I received a new software pack with standard manuals. What am i supposed to do? The display does not work and the new designer software did not change anything. Is there anything to check if the display has a defect?

    What voltage are you using to power the screen?

    The STWC101LT-01 you are using can only be powered by 5V low voltage.

    Are you supplying 5V to the screen through the 8pin cable? And the screen do not boot?

    Can you record a video of your operation and upload it later?
