      Hi,

      I’ve been testing the new STWI080WT-01 LCD that I received from you laat week.

      All was going well with creating project file from Stone Designer which I edited and uploaded to the lcd a few times thru USB update.

      Today as I try uploading the updated project file via the USB, there was a File Writing Error and wouldn’t continue.

      So I tried copying the “default” directly to the lcd using the USB to TTL serial converter board. Again there was a message that the lcd was full. Please see attached screenshot of the error.

      The lcd now goes into the logo page then goes blank sometimes blue screen.

      Please help…

      Help please… Any ideas will be highly appreciated. Just need to continue testing our Stone Designer project.

      Hi,

      Hope you can reply with a fix on this please.

      If it’s not possible to fix it here, kindly let me know how to ask for a warranty replacement. This is a brand new LCD, only a 3 weeks old.
