      Subject: Assistance Request for STONE 10.1 inch HMI V2.6, STWI101WT-01

      Dear STONE Support Team,

      I am very pleased with your products. I have a 10.1 inch HMI V2.6 screen, model STWI101WT-01. I have successfully downloaded the files from “STONE Designer”. However, despite my efforts, after the logo appears, the interface starts displaying multiple colors in a loop. How can I resolve this issue?

      Additionally, is it possible to perform a factory reset? If so, could you please provide the procedure? Furthermore, is it possible to update the screen, and is “STONE Designer version 2.0.49” the latest version?

      Hi dear,

       

      You may need to connect the HMI with PC via double USB cable, then format the HMI’s flash and re-download the UI again.

       

      The GUI latest version is 2.0.70, I will share to you together with latest firmware via email (chao@stone-hmi.com). Please check your email box.
