    Once you have downloaded UpdateValidityPerdiod from the official website and run it, you can use TOOL2019 with version 20200607, mine has been working until now after running UpdateValidityPerdiod.

    You can try to see if TOOL2019 works properly after you run UpdateValidityPerdiod.
