    I wanted to transfer the project directly via USB cable, but had every time a nag screen of windows that says “your F: disk has errors – do you want to check and correct the errors?”.

    So, looking onto the manual that says to dance all the files  I have FAT16 formatted the internal “APP” DISK erasing all the files inside and that once connected to the USB of the computer in recognized as F: and successfully loaded the project  now have a VT_SET inside the disk but rebooting nothing appears.

    The load is successful but once finished the purple screen appears and no project is loaded. I have attached serial number of the device (have bought it on 03-2023)

    Could You please give me support?

    Hello Mr.Stefano,

    According to your statement, your project was done with TOOL2019 software, right? This is the software for our second generation products STV series and cannot be downloaded on the new product which is STWC043LT-01 without conversion.

    If you would like to send me your complete project file, I can convert this file for you.

    Hi Bancroft.

    Yes correct.

    I have done it in TOOL2019 since the preproduction unit was done with old screen and the new Software Stone Design had various crashes unable to finish the project.

    If You could send me the converted version of the project it would be very nice since I do not need to make it from scratch.
