I know this thread is a bit old, but I wanted to jump in. One thing I rarely see people talk about is how long the company has actually been in your specific neighborhood, not just in business. A brand name with great online reviews might not know your local building codes as well as the smaller shop. Does anyone else put more weight on a company that handles both HVAC and plumbing? It seems like that could make scheduling easier.
