Received the display today. The demo program connected to the monitor works fine. But I can’t realize the normal communication between the computer and the display, and I can’t control the addressable LED light strip with the DEMO single-chip microcomputer board.
I noticed that both the DEMO MCU board and the included USB-UART adapter are designed for TTL or RS232 interfaces, while the display has an RS485 interface (model STWI101WT-01).
Am I understanding correctly that the included USB to RS232 adapter will not work properly with a monitor that has an RS485 interface? In the same way, will the DEMO MCU board not work properly with this display?
