Regarding the time issue, since the device stores time on battery, it may need to be recalibrated to ensure the accuracy of the time. After clicking the download button, if you choose the internal path of your computer, the read/write speed depends on your computer, but if you download to an external device, there may be a difference in the read/write speed of the file depending on the device.
Regarding your missing configuration file, I don’t understand exactly what you mean by that, can you explain further?
