The company’s software policy is really confusing and I don’t approve of it. Link to Stone Designer in my opinion should be public.
However, as a user, I don’t have any complaints about the support. Their specialist helps on all issues, both in hardware and software, and they do it quite competently and quickly (taking into account the difference in time zones).
But with the software – yes, something is really wrong with them. A design software is one of the important things that a potential user will want to learn before deciding to include displays in their project. But in the case of the Stone, this is not possible, and I think that because of this they lose a significant number of potential buyers.
