Gentlemen,
This looks simple and I am sure it is, but there is no way I can make it work on my STWA101WT-01… I have to be missing, or misunderstanding, something somewhere, just hope any of you kindly help me find where my mistake is.
Just to be sure, before going any further: Does the content of the U-disk should be STONE\logo\logo.bmp? If that is correct, then the following is what is running me crazy:
1- First, if by “Host” the pdf means what on the PCB is actually labeled as “PC” (at least on my board it is labeled that way), then does it make any sense? I mean, should I select “PC” (Host) instead of U-disk if what I will be actually using is the U-disk?…
2- When I select PC and plug the U-disk in, it does nothing, as expected. If, on the other hand, I select U-disk and plug the U-disk in, then it starts detecting the unit and after a couple of seconds an error message comes always up: “U-disk error, please try again”. I have tried two USB sticks already, always formatting them before use.
If any of you can drop me a quick comment here on this subject, I will appreciate it a lot..!
