May we kindly know when we could expect at least one reply from your technical team please?
No one seems to care as we haven’t received any single reply from our recent technical questions, and it’s now the 14th of March 2022. We have been waiting for resolutions to our problems since December 2021.
All we need to know is if they could still fix and resolve the issues or not, and when.
If they can’t be fixed anymore, then at least we would know and we could move on.
Unlike now, when we do not have any reply from them and we don’t know what to do and if we still need to wait.
