The Stone Designer I last received from them was V1.2. The earlier one was V1.13.
Till now I’m still awaiting fixes to the problems I posted here earlier. After that post, I did receive a reply from their engineer and tried the solve the problems one at a time. The first issue on text alignment was fixed, and still waiting for the rest of the fixes.
The last I heard from their engineer was on 17th Feb 2022 and I’ve kept on following up since then, but unfortunately, no update has been received till today. I’m still hopeful that I hear back from them.
I also have another hardware issue on one of the LCD’s received. This one had the touch panel tilted (not centered) so I can’t put this in an enclosure as this will not be centered. I sent them photos of this LCD, but again, I haven’t heard back from them.
Sometimes, I wonder where their sales/technical backup support is. Truly disappointing…
