I downloaded the test software you provided on the website.

Please look at picture 1, you can see the response of the display when the button is pressed, the response is always 0x00.

Now, look at picture 2, in this case I took the jumper out of the R601 and selected RS232 on the board. you can see the response of the display when I press the same button.

I used the same display, image engineering, power supply, board and software. The only modification is: taking the jumper out of the R601, the board selected RS232 and only this. The problem occurs on both displays.

Hi,

I performed a test on your project. Please test the voltage at the following two places

1- GND and DIN.

2- GND and DOUT.

On the converter board. There is only one converter in the kit, right? We want to check if the problem is on the converter or on the screen board.

There is also a possibility that the 422 chip is interrupting the signal, so please disconnect the R622 and try it.
