      I need to use the TTL serial port for my monitor. I looked at the board and we can use TTL serial commands if we use 601 resistors, can you confirm this information for me? If so, do I need to put some resistors or just one jumper?

      If you need to use ttl serial port, you can short the resistor or just put solder on it to solve it.
